Order Processing & Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT+2) on the same business day, Monday through Friday.
Please note that during peak seasons and promotional periods, additional processing time may be required. Order preparation may take up to 2–3 business days before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the shipping carrier containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order value:
Orders under $500 – Shipping fee: $88
Orders from $500 to $999.99 – Shipping fee: $59
Orders of $1,000 or more – Free Shipping
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local carrier operations.
Taxes, Duties & Import Charges
Please note that all prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
All orders shipped outside the European Union are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, VAT, sales taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges required by your country or region. These fees must be paid in order for your shipment to be released by customs and delivered to you.
Please be aware that import duties and taxes vary by country and may also differ by state or jurisdiction within certain countries, including the United States. Because these charges are determined by local customs authorities and government agencies, ZENA Cosmetics is unable to estimate or control the amount of such fees.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrectly fulfilled order, ZENA Cosmetics will, at the customer’s choice and subject to verification:
Replace the product free of charge in the customer’s next order; or
Issue a store credit voucher, with an additional goodwill bonus where applicable.
