Certification & Distribution

Certificate Issuance:

Upon successful completion of your ZENA training program, you will be eligible to receive an official ZENA Certificate of Completion.

Certificates are issued within 7 business days after all lessons, modules, and course materials have been completed on our online learning platform. Before issuing a certificate, our team verifies that all required educational content has been fully viewed and completed.

Once approved, your certificate will be issued in electronic format (PDF) and delivered to the email address associated with your account. If necessary, it may also be sent via WhatsApp.

Each ZENA certificate contains a unique certificate number. Certificates without a unique certificate number are not valid and will not be recognized by ZENA Cosmetics.

The ZENA Certificate grants certified professionals access to purchase selected professional-use products on our website at cosmetologist pricing.

ZENA Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke certification if course completion requirements have not been met or if misuse of certification is detected.

Distribution
